ECB fines Kevin Pietersen for Twitter outburst

England's star batsman and former captain Kevin Pietersen was fined by the team management for his Twitter outburst against ex-cricketer and Sky commentator Nick Knight, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) said.
